SUMMARY
We’re searching for a skilled and driven Senior Go Developer to join our team and help build scalable, robust backend systems. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact on our product and tackle exciting technical challenges in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code
- Write clean, well-documented, and tested code
- Implement scalable and high-performance backend services
- Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in architectural design and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
- Experience with two or more of the following data systems (not limited to): Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka, Cassandra
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Possessing excellent problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and make sound technical decisions
Desirable:
- Experience with .NET or Java
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies
